• PIAA has implemented a new flopping rule which will be enforced per BCYBL's practice of utilizing the majority of PIAA rules

• Multiple youth tournaments will be held around the county this year:

  • • Oley Valley Youth League shared information about their annual tournaments

      • • The boys tournament will be held on January 17th, 18th, & 19th
        • The girls tournament will be held on February 14th, 15th, & 16th

    • Twin Valley will be hosting their 6th annual tournament for 4th through 7th grade (boys & girls)

      • • The tournament will be held on December 13th, 14th, & 15th

    • Governor Mifflin has a 3v3 charity tournament (See the Light)

      • • The tournament will be held on November 16th at the GMAC

• The league is set up to be separated by JV & Varsity, so it is up to each program to permit students below 5th grade to be included on your teams

  • • The league is set up with the intention of providing a travel league for 5th and 6th grade students
    • The league recommends setting up your teams to be based on skill level and not strictly by grade
      • • Example: Your varsity team should have your best 12 kids regardless of grade
